These Terms of Use govern access and use of the educational platform –“GET UR TALENT SORTED”(“Program”) owned and operated by Ms. Uzma Mohsin (Facilitator).
User shall mean any person/individual, who subscribes, uses, deals with and/ or transacts through the Group/website / app / referrals / or avails other Services provided by the Facilitator.
Whereas used herein:
“GET UR TALENT SORTED”, “G.U.T.S “ “Ourselves", "Us", "Our" and "We" refers to the owners, operators, employees, directors, officers, agents, insurers, suppliers, and attorneys of the Platform.
"Client", "Customer", "User", "You" and “Your "refers to you, an individual above the age of 18 years of age.
"Party" refers to either You or Us and "Parties" refers to You and Us collectively, as the context may require.

The Facilitator is a Process Improvement and Six Sigma Trainer and coach actively engaged in the business of providing Training and educational content to professionals in various aspects of professional development. All content provided on the platform is based on the Facilitators own research, analysis and experience.

Terms of Admission
In consideration of being granted access to Workshop, program, course or any other training format or material provided by GET UR TALENT SORTED you agree and accept that you will not allow any of the following to occur:
1.You will not solicit or entice or attempt to solicit or entice other members or mentees or students of any program run by GET UR TALENT SORTED or any of its affiliates. To promote or sell your own or anyone else’s offerings, services or products in any shape or form.
2.All the material provided to you as part of this workshop, or any other course material or format is the exclusive Copyright of the Facilitator Ms. Uzma Mohsin. You agree that no part of the content, programs will be used, reproduced, shared with any other person by any means, graphic, electronic or mechanical including photocopying, recording, taping, etc. without the prior written permission of the Facilitator of GET UR TALENT SORTED Workshop or its direct affiliates.
3.You agree that you will not use any concept or intellectual property of GET UR TALENT SORTED or its affiliates for any commercial purpose
4.It is your duty to as a member to ensure to contact the operator or admins of the platform if you notice any other mentees, member violating any of the above terms of admission.
5.Failing to abide by any of the above terms will result in immediate termination of all memberships or programs with GET UR TALENT SORTED and its affiliates, without refund or reimbursement of any kind.
6.Any fees due to legal action to be taken against you for failing any of the terms and conditions mentioned here will be at your expense.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the India and any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, shall be tried in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect the validity or operation of any other provision, and the invalid provision will be deemed severed from this Agreement.
Execution.
By accessing, using or clicking “I agree” to any of the services made available by GET UR TALENT SORTED, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use (the “Terms/Terms of Use”).
