These Terms of Use govern access and use of the educational platform –“ Lightstar Trusted Counsel Business LLP / LTC Business LLP” owned and operated by the Facilitator.
User shall mean any person/individual, who subscribes, uses, deals with and/ or transacts through the Group/website / app / referrals / or avails other Services provided by the Facilitator.
Whereas used herein:
“LTC Business Leadership”, “Ourselves", "Us", "Our" and "We" refers to the owners, operators, employees, directors, officers, agents, insurers, suppliers, and attorneys of the Platform.
"Client", "Customer", "User", "You" and “Your "refers to you, an individual above the age of 18 years of age.
"Party" refers to either You or Us and "Parties" refers to You and Us collectively, as the context may require.

All content provided on the platform is based on the Facilitators own research, analysis and experience.

Terms of Admission
In consideration of being granted access to Workshop, program, course or any other training format or material provided by LTC Business LLP you agree and accept that you will not allow any of the following to occur:
1.You will not solicit or entice or attempt to solicit or entice other members or mentees or students of any program run by LTC Business Leadership or any of its affiliates. To promote or sell your own or anyone else’s offerings, services or products in any shape or form.
2.All the material provided to you as part of this workshop, or any other course material or format is the exclusive Copyright of the Facilitator Ms. Uzma Mohsin. You agree that no part of the content, programs will be used, reproduced, shared with any other person by any means, graphic, electronic or mechanical including photocopying, recording, taping, etc. without the prior written permission of the Facilitator of LTC Business Leadership Workshop or its direct affiliates.
3.You agree that you will not use any concept or intellectual property of LTC Business LLP or its affiliates for any commercial purpose
4.It is your duty to as a member to ensure to contact the operator or admins of the platform if you notice any other mentees, member violating any of the above terms of admission.
5.Failing to abide by any of the above terms will result in immediate termination of all memberships or programs with LTC Business LLP and its affiliates, without refund or reimbursement of any kind.
6.Any fees due to legal action to be taken against you for failing any of the terms and conditions mentioned here will be at your expense.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the India and any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, shall be tried in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect the validity or operation of any other provision, and the invalid provision will be deemed severed from this Agreement.
Execution.
By accessing, using or clicking “I agree” to any of the services made available by LTC Business LLP, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use (the “Terms/Terms of Use”).
Photography, Media & Promotional Consent
1. By attending any workshop, program, or event conducted by LTC Business LLP, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the course of the session.
2. You grant LTC Business LLP the right to use such photographs, videos, or recordings — including your name, likeness, and voice where applicable — for promotional, marketing, and media purposes across any platform, including but not limited to the website, social media, and print material, without any compensation owed to you.
Data & Information Consent
By registering for or attending any workshop, program, or event, you consent to LTC Business LLP collecting and storing your personal and business information provided during registration, sessions, or discussions, for the purpose of program delivery, communication, and internal record-keeping.
Code of Conduct
1. Discussions on political affiliations, religious beliefs, or any form of discriminatory views — including but not limited to those based on gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, or nationality — are strictly prohibited during any workshop, program, or event conducted by LTC Business LLP.
2. Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate conduct, or behaviour that makes another attendee feel unsafe or disrespected will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
3. LTC Business LLP reserves the right to immediately remove any User or guest from a session, workshop, or event for violation of this Code of Conduct, without refund or reimbursement of any kind.
4. Users are responsible for ensuring that any guest they bring to a session adheres to this Code of Conduct. Violation by a guest may result in removal of both the guest and the inviting Member.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. All fees paid towards any workshop, program, course, event, or membership offered by LTC Business LLP are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, or discontinuation.
2. Tickets and program access purchased are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, adjusted, or applied towards any other event, workshop, or future date.
3. In the event that LTC Business LLP cancels or reschedules a workshop, program, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, the Facilitator will, at her sole discretion, either offer an alternate date for the same event or, where an alternate date is not feasible, determine an appropriate resolution. No monetary refund shall be owed or provided in either case.
4. No refund, credit, or reimbursement of any kind will be issued on account of a User's failure to attend, late arrival, partial attendance, or voluntary withdrawal from any workshop, program, course, or event.
5.This Refund and Cancellation Policy operates in conjunction with, and does not limit, the Terms of Admission set out above, including the termination provisions under Clause 5.
